SharePoint Analyst

Description

Avineon is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to add to our team. The successful candidate will assist the client in breaking down current SharePoint 2013 sites, as well as develop business requirements into understandable documented processes using common Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) or equivalent Business Process Model (BPM) documentation. The SharePoint Analyst will be part of the DevSecOps team and participate in the Agile/Scrum process to provide additional insight and resolve potential blocks for developers in migrating or creating the necessary solutions for the client.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the DevSecOps team and the client.
  • Identify required and desired business processes.
  • Document business processes to be implemented in M365 using a common BPM.
  • Set up repositories for storing and maintaining architecture, design, and BPM documentation.
  • Identify common or reusable processes that are shared across multiple business units or division to streamline operational performance.
  • Design BPMs regarding M365 policies.
  • Utilize M365 technologies, which may include but are not limited to SharePoint Workflows, Nintex Workflows, and other SharePoint related technologies.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online migration experience is desired.
  • 3+ years in common Business Process Modeling documentation.
  • 3+ years of experience in M365 SharePoint.
  • 3+ years of Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • An active Federal Government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is preferred. Must have the ability to pass a financial/credit and background investigation.
