Description

Avineon is seeking a SharePoint Developer to add to our team. The successful candidate will be versed in three development platforms: Nintex, SPFx, and Power Apps. To support the workflows, automation, and forms in the current SharePoint environment, the Developer will migrate existing Nintex forms to the Nintex cloud solution that works adjacent to M365 SharePoint. The Developer will also transition the SharePoint or Nintex forms and workflows into Power Platform solutions in Power Apps or Power Automate. For custom solutions within SharePoint, custom web applications will be developed using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) library. The Developer will us an integrated development environment (IDE) to provide SPFx solutions within the M365 SharePoint environment. The Developer will work in a matrixed environment developing in emerging Microsoft technologies to design and achieve transformational results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Agile/Scrum method and integrated DevSecOps processes, ensuring full cooperation and coordination with other team members.
  • Work with the DevSecOps team to create CI/CD pipelines where possible given the constraints and limitations of the client processes. Automation will be a key component of the development process.
  • Design and develop custom solutions in SPFx, Power Platform, and Nintex.
  • Support SharePoint out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Mentor client to share knowledge and hands-on experience to the business units and other team members.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of development experience in C# and JavaScript, or equivalent language.
  • 3+ years of development experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
  • 3+ years of development experience with React or Angular is desired.
  • 2+ years of experience with Nintex.
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 3+ years of Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint (2013 or later, Cloud preferred) and SharePoint Framework.
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • An active Federal Government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is preferred. Must have the ability to pass a financial/credit and background investigation.
