Power Platform Developer

Description

Avineon is seeking a Power Platform Developer to add to our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in the M365 Power Platform and can provide end-to-end solutions for Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, Power BI, and other required automated applications within M365. Working with other developers, analysts, and client team members, the developer will assist the migration effort in identifying required workflows and forms to ensure that the client can meet the needs of the migration requirements, as well as the future needs within the M365 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Agile/Scrum method and integrated DevSecOps processes, ensuring full cooperation and coordination with other team members.
  • Work with the DevSecOps team to create CI/CD pipelines where possible given the constraints and limitations of the client processes. Automation will be a key component of the development process.
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions to meet the required business processes.
  • Support SharePoint out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Work closely with clients and Analysts to provide best practice solutions.
  • Mentor client to share knowledge and hands-on experience.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of development experience with JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of development experience with React or Angular is desired.
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • 3+ years of Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint (2013 or later, Cloud preferred).
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
  • An active Federal Government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is preferred. Must have the ability to pass a financial/credit and background investigation.
