InfoTech awarded Operating Map Conversion Services contract by Duquesne Light

Alexandria, VA (May 16, 2001): InfoTech Enterprises, Inc., announced today that it has been awarded a Drawing Conversion Services contract by Duquesne Light of Pittsburgh (a DQE Company) to convert into AutoCAD all of the utility’s operating maps.

Duquesne Light Company is a leading electric energy provider for Southwestern Pennsylvania since 1880, serving over half million customers. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded DQE, Inc. (NYSE: DQE), a growth utility delivering essential products and related services, including electricity, water, gas and communications, to more than one million customers throughout the United States.

We’re ready to step up to the challenge."

The initial conversion work will be completed by December 2001
