Using the SES3 BPA

To access the Avineon team’s services under this BPA, follow these steps: 1) identify requirements; 2) contact BPA Project Officer Kelley Holton (919.541.2125) and Contracting Officer David Fuller (202.564.4767); 3) develop a Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ); 4) review responses and select a vendor (Avineon is the only small business prime); 5) initiate and complete work.
