From eight locations across the continental U.S. and Hawaii , they offer services including program management, in-service engineering, design engineering, integrated logistics support, and information technology support. Their in-service engineering (ISE) personnel have experience and knowledge that is equivalent or superior to that provided by a Navy Shipyard Tiger Team or an OEM technical representative. They developed these capabilities through dedicated commitments to submarine and surface ship equipment problems, and specifically in perfecting means to expedite voyage repairs to major equipment with minimal impact to ship scheduling and collateral efforts.
