In our continual effort to provide high quality services to our customers, Avineon retains a superior, high performing workforce. Our workforce is focused on continuous improvement and development. We manage our staff within a performance management and development framework, and encourage our employees to attend job related seminars and take relevant courses that will increase their knowledge and maintain technical currency. Further, we have designed policies that allow our staff to take time off for development and we provide financial assistance for approved training.
